Built for sites where traditional external chimneys are not practical.

The challenge

When a conventional chimney
isn't an option.

Grease-laden smoke creates odor complaints, coats fans and ducts, increases fire risk and puts pressure on environmental compliance. In malls, enclosed buildings and existing sites, routing a full external chimney can be expensive - or simply impossible.

01

Smoke & grease

Fine suspended particles travel beyond the hood and accumulate throughout the extraction system.

02

Persistent odors

Cooking and process smells reach neighboring units, guest rooms and public spaces.

03

Restricted duct routes

External discharge points may be unavailable due to the building layout or operating conditions.

The Purification answer

Clean the exhaust before discharge.

A compact electrostatic system installed within the extraction line captures pollutants without major structural modification.

The technology

Powerful science.
Remarkably clean air.

Polluted air passes through a high-voltage electric field. Smoke and grease particles are charged, atomized and attracted to oppositely charged metal collection plates—leaving clean air to exit the unit.

Two levels of treatment

Control particles.
Then control odors.

The system can be configured around the actual pollutants generated by your operation.

Pre-filter, electrostatic cell and carbon filter stages
Stage 01

Electrostatic particle purification

Pre-filters intercept larger debris before the electrostatic cell captures grease, oil, vapor and smoke particles with efficiency up to 98%.

  • Grease and oil mist
  • Smoke and fine particles
  • Protection for fans and ducts
Stage 02

Activated carbon odor control

For odor-sensitive sites, activated carbon and metal treatment stages trap gases and volatile organic compounds after particle removal.

  • Cooking odors
  • Process fumes and gases
  • Better surrounding air quality

Why electrostatic

More than filtration.
A smarter operation.

Major odor reduction

Combine with activated carbon to control cooking and process odors.

Lower fire risk

Minimizes dangerous grease accumulation inside ducts and extraction fans.

Washable. Reusable.

Metal cells are cleaned with hot water and degreaser—no frequent filter replacement.

Flexible installation

Ideal for enclosed spaces, existing buildings and sites with limited duct access.

Environmentally aligned

Helps facilities reduce emissions and meet environmental and safety requirements.

Installation methods

One technology.
Multiple site solutions.

Installation is selected according to the conditions of each site, available space, extraction path and the equipment being ventilated.

Installation above the kitchen hood
01

Inside the kitchen, above the hood

A compact solution where the unit can be integrated directly with the hood and internal ventilation path.

External installation arrangement
02

Outside the building

The unit can be installed within the external exhaust route where space and service access are available.

Integrated ecology ventilation unit
03

Frequently asked

Before you choose
your system.

Does the filter replace the need for an external chimney?

It is designed as an effective solution where complicated external chimney extensions cannot be installed, purifying exhaust before discharge. The final arrangement still depends on the site, local requirements and the approved ventilation design.

What exactly does the electrostatic cell remove?

It captures grease, oil mist, smoke, vapor-laden particles and fine suspended pollutants. Activated carbon can be added where stronger odor and gas control is required.

Do the filters need frequent replacement?

The electrical collection plates are washable and reusable. They are cleaned using hot water and specialized degreasers rather than routinely replaced as consumables.

How often does the unit need cleaning?

The schedule is established after the first month of operation because loading varies with operating hours, cooking method, equipment and exhaust volume.

Can you provide more than 12,000 m³/h?

Yes. Larger capacities can be manufactured and supplied according to the airflow, site conditions and required specifications.
